I started coaching with one goal in mind - to empower people and to equip them with the tools, support, and resources needed to pursue their aspirations and achieve their wildest (or calmest!) dreams.

The challenges I observed among high-performing individuals, combined with my own experiences balancing a Senior role at Google as a mother of two young boys, inspired me to partner with people to get them where they want to go.

I believe everyone’s journey is unique and important, and I want to help people achieve their true goals - whether they involve growth in a current role or career, undertaking a major personal or professional transition, or seeking deeper life purpose and meaning.
